1. Introduction
This Return Policy explains how you can return products purchased from Quimnarrvar (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website https://quimnarrvar.world, and under what conditions you may receive a refund or exchange. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to this Return Policy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, please contact us and we will work with you within the terms set out below.

3. Right to cancel (consumers in the EEA and UK)
If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 days of the day on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason. This right is subject to the exceptions set out in applicable law (e.g. sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed may be excluded where permitted by law). To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post to the contact details above). If you cancel, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (we may deduct the direct cost of return delivery if we informed you of this before you placed the order). We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back or of you providing evidence that you have sent them back. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or evidence of their return. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the cancellation. You are liable for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us; we recommend using a trackable delivery service and keeping proof of postage.
4. Returns for customers in the United States and other regions
For customers in the United States and other regions outside the EEA and UK, we offer a voluntary return policy as set out in this section, in addition to any mandatory consumer rights under your local law.
4.1 Time limit for returns
You may request a return within 14 days of the date you receive the product. The product must be unused, unopened (seal intact where applicable), and in its original packaging so we can resell it. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that appear used, damaged, or tampered with.
4.2 How to request a return
Contact us using the details in section 2. Provide your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether the return is accepted and, if so, provide instructions and the return address. Do not send products back without our confirmation; returns sent to the wrong address or without a reference may be delayed or lost.
4.3 Sending the product back
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless we have agreed otherwise (e.g. in case of our error or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit until they reach us. Pack the product securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
4.4 Refunds
Once we have received the returned product and verified that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the order. Processing may take several business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit your account. We will refund the purchase price of the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, we may deduct an amount equivalent to standard shipping from the refund where permitted. We will notify you if any deduction applies before processing the refund.
5. Defective or wrong products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order number and, if possible, photos of the product or packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you incurred, as appropriate. We may ask you to return the product for inspection. Do not dispose of the product until we have confirmed how to proceed. Your statutory rights (e.g. under consumer protection law) are not affected by this policy.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish a different product or quantity, please request a return and place a new order once your refund has been processed. This helps us avoid errors and process your request quickly.
7. Cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet dispatched the order, we will cancel it and refund the full amount. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process set out above once you receive the product.
8. Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or whose seal has been broken, unless the product is defective or we are required to accept the return by law. Perishable goods and products that are custom-made or personalised may also be non-returnable. We will inform you when you contact us if your product falls into a non-returnable category and will explain any alternatives (e.g. refund in case of defect).

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your return or refund, please contact us again and we will try to resolve the matter. If you are in the UK, you may refer to the relevant dispute resolution body. Your statutory rights to bring a claim before the courts remain unaffected.
